Our front desk team is your first point of contact upon arrival. We’ll be ready to welcome you starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. so you can enjoy your last morning. The front desk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., then from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is where you’ll find the keys to your cabin and recommendations for places to visit in the area.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. on the last day. These time slots allow our team to prepare each accommodation under the best possible conditions between stays.
How does on-site bike rental work?
The rental service is provided through two partners. Bikes Evasion delivers directly to the campground for rentals of two days or more, with a helmet and bike lock included. La Station REV, located 400 meters away, offers quick reservations through its mobile app.
Is the Village Perrosien accessible to people with limited mobility?
Yes, there is a dedicated bathroom facility (shower, toilet, sink) designed for people with limited mobility. The campground’s pedestrian-only layout also makes it easy to get around in a quiet and safe environment.
